  11. Please help me ! I have a Microcom deskporte 28.8s modem and when it
  12. gets switched on , the auto answer facility is automatically enabled
  13. . This means that every time the phone rings I have to switch off the
  14. modem to be able to take the call otherwise the modem answers . Can
  15. anyone tell me how to turn this feature off , either when I turn on
  16. the  computer or the modem . Thanks
